Each individual will need to fill out and mail a health form before MPYC. Individuals under the age of 18 will need their health form signed by a parent/guardian.

Although health forms will be mailed prior to the event, youth leaders and sponsors should have a copy of these health forms that they bring with them to Estes Park.

Individuals will be asked to agree to and sign the MPYC Covenant of Conduct upon arriving to YMCA of the Rockies. Please review this before arriving.

Preparing for Altitude

Many individuals will not be accustomed to the higher altitude. Altitude sickness is very common for those who come to the mountains without properly preparing.
