Partners and Sponsors

Thank you for choosing to be a partner and sponsor for the 2024 Mountain and Prairie Youth Conference.

 

Partner registration can be found below. There is no registration cost for the conference or display table. However, housing and food are your responsibility.

We have reserved a limited number of rooms for our ministry partners. The rooms have 2 queen beds, costing $836 plus tax for four nights. The YMCA requires everyone staying to pay for breakfast and dinner each day. If you would like to add lunch, you are welcome to do that.

 

To reserve rooms/meals, you must contact the YMCA directly at 888-613-9622. There is a tax-exempt form in the YMCA planning guide which you can find below.

Let them know you are affiliated with Mountain & Prairie Youth Conference #2: INDV when registering to get the group rate.

The cut-off to reserve these rooms is May 1, 2024.
